looks like you're trying to get your content2 div to act like a frame;
have i got that right?  if that's what you're after, you can't do that
with CSS.  you could use an IFrame, but i don't recommend that you do.
 Frames, in all their forms, are so very often "a good idea at the
time."  i know, i've been down that road.

my suggestion:  take your time on the layout, and really get it right.
 your audience will thank you, and when you're done, it will most
likely eliminate the need for frames and javascript.
