[ale] Cheap dialtone for DSL

I've got naked dsl with Speakeasy.net. Speedfactory apparently can't
offer this yet but if Speakeasy is available in your area then you
should be good to go. Works great and I only pay a few bucks for the
right not to have a land line phone. The rest is cell & Vonage.
