 From what I've seen, there is no 9.2 personal.  I guess Novel dumped 
it.  At least I can't find any version of it on the Novel/Suse website.

That being said, I would expect the 9.2 version that came with LF 
contains gcc.  Further it's the live eval, so I don't believe you can do 
an install from it.
