[ale] Badness in out_of_memory/oom_kill.c

I think the problem is occuring in Rik's OOM process killer.

What is the output of 

vmstat -a
swapon -?(I dont remember, but its a flag that shows swap utilization )
cat /proc/meminfo

These might provide a clue.
