[ale] Basic php / apache2 / SUSE 9.2 question

I have a php based web app I'm trying to bring up.  (I did not write it.)

I'm getting: 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: session_start() in
/srv/www/htdocs/Common.php on line 9

I think session_start() is a standard php call.

I have php4 enabled in the yast2 apache config screen.  Any ideas what
else I need to do?
