Hi Chris,

  I don't think so, because the checksums from your new torrent wouldn't 
match the torrents already in use.  You would have a completely new 
torrent in circulation.
  Instead, try this...  Stop Azureus, copy your whole files into the 
directory Azureus uses for the download, restart Azureus.  What should 
happen is that Azureus will check the files in the download to be sure 
they are valid before it starts uploading/downloading.  It should find 
the files you put in place of the missing ones, and they will become 
part of the existing torrent.
  This all depends on your completed files being 100% identical to the 
ones defined in the torrent.  If the checksums (or whatever method 
Azureus uses) on your completed files do not match the recorded checksum 
from the torrent, it won't work.
