[ale] HOW2 search for text in a "PDF" file ?

Thanks Mark. Sounds like you did a lot of work to get it usable, which I
may ultimately have to do, but don't have time right now.
I have a similar [Official MB Service Manual Library], though not the
same, CD, since all my pdf files are not in one folder.
The pdf files work fine once opened one at a time. I guess I'll just
have to do what you did, i.e. open'em one at a time and list what's in
it :-(
