[ale] ALE Archive is missing Aug-2005

Actually the archive at http://www.ale.org/archive/ale/index.html was
written by Eric Ayers many ages ago. The mailman archives are fine.

Someone offered to repopulate Eric's archive so I'll see if that can't
get done now.
