[ale] Synaptics Mouse pad

I use the synaptics driver on my dell d600, but the trackpad is actually 
an ALPS. The source distribution includes a file specific to ALPS pads 
(called README.alps or something to that effect if I remember correctly).

Here's my toucpad section:

Notice for instance that the AccelFactor is around an order of magnitude 
different.
