[ale] Perl + SMS

[Christopher Fowler]

I was hoping to use Net::SMS

http://search.cpan.org/~rootlevel/Net-SMS-2.64/lib/Net/SMS.pm

I tried it before but did not have much luck.
Does SMS work between different providers.  I have no clue how
SMS works.
