I see two <table tags, only one </table>  I think you are missing the </table> tag before beginning the second table.  I do assume you want to show one table on top of the other.  If not, I have misinterpreted the post... My apologies.

I use one sheet for browsers and another (very simple one) for print layout.  No problems with IE, FireFox, Konqueror, Lynx, etc.

I use some of the "Be nice to Opera" and "Help Internet Explorer's stupidity" rules, but they are only a couple of lines.

I have tables on a page of thumbnail images because I am lazy, other than that all CSS.
