[ale] File conflicts

I'm running rug in order to get my Evolution package an others updated. 
However, I'm getting the following error when doing so:

I tried to remove the offending locale files, but after removing some of them
(with rm as root) the same files reappear in the rug error message when I run
it again.  In other words, the list of files in the error message never
changes. Remove '/opt/gnome/share/locale/el/LC_MESSAGES/gal-2.2.mo' and it
reappears in the list when I run rug again.

Is there a more elegant way to do this?  I'd really like to get Evolution
updated.
