Not a virus.  This is a standard windows file for the Palm 4.1 OS.  Not
exactly sure why that would have ended up on your machine unless you
accidentally tried to install a windows version of Palm OS or Evolution. 
- From your description, probably not.  Does Evolution have any Palm
plug-ins?  (I've never tried it)

Anyway, the file itself is pretty harmless, even on a windows machine.
