You can still go with a home solution if your bandwidth usage is not too 
high.  I"m not sure where you got the 76K number but you can get 384K 
upload with Speedfactory's Speed Home Platinum 3M/384K offering.

It appears that you'll have to move up to their Custom business package 
to get greater than 384K upload.  The list 768K.  That's still $200+.

If upload is your main concern, you might contact them regarding a 
fractional T1.  You're still going to pay big bucks for that since 
you're looking at a dedicated circuit.  Even a fractional T1 is likely 
to run you $300-$400 a month, although I've not priced them in a long while.
