[ale] Printer driver for HP PSC 1350

check www.linuxprinting.org. They are the master repository of what
works and what doesn't. HP is actively supporting nearly all of it's
printer line under Linux (through CUPS) although many of it's
multi-function (multi-fiction?) machines are only partially supported.
