Hi John,

Keeping in mind that it is impossible to meet *all* of your combined
objectives because you cannot control the recipient's choice of email
client and/or client settings, you *can* easily meet most of your
requirements, sans the automatic display.  Ironically, a sharp text message
with the solicitation to view your beatiful invitation located by following
the enclosed link.  I know it isn't the answer you were looking for, but
you may wish to consider it as an "alternative".
