[ale] OT: Congratulations to Charles Shapiro, best fencer in Atlanta

Our own Charles Shapiro has proved that not only is he a l337 h4ck3r d00d, but 
is also the best fencer (epee) in Atlanta.  At last weekends National fencing 
tournament in Atlanta, Charles took 8th place (out of 111), besting every 
other Atlanta fencer and a whole lot of other people, too.

Way to go Charles!
