1) Don't give up.

2) Fiddle your SpamAssassin settings. Take the required_hits down from
its default of 5.0 in .spamassassin/user_prefs (I'm currently at 4.0)

3) Boost rules as necessary. My current  .spamassasin user_prefs rules
include:

score MIME_HTML_ONLY 0.4
score HTML_MESSAGE 0.1
score HTML_SHOUTING4 0.5
score HTML_60_70 0.3
score LINES_OF_YELLING 0.1

# Make blacklists more important
#
score RCVD_IN_SORBS_HTTP  3.0
score RCVD_IN_SORBS 1.0
score RCVD_IN_NJABL  1.0
score RCVD_IN_DSBL 1.0
score DNS_FROM_RFCI_DSN 1.0


You might also wish to tighten your bayes rules (BAYES_*) to make them
more restrictive.
