[ale] spam lists

How does the list work when the From address is forged?  all the pieces
getting through have 2 things in common.

1.  Forged from address
2.  A subject and body that makes no sense.  Just random words placed in
    a sentence

Examples of subject:

Dgmkgdekij ast0nishing, how this works
