[ale] Low-end tapedrives for SOHO environment

Just to bring this topic back...

I'm also looking for low-end/cost tapedrives, but my need is slightly
different. I run a low-end/low-cost hosting business, but I have my
servers co-located, and want to get a decent backup system in place. I
can have the co-lo folks switch tapes, but backing up to hard drives
(either through external enclosures or whatever) isn't really feasible.

I want to get a decent system, but don't know which would be better.
DDS-2, DDS-3, etc... (I fear I'm not too saavy when it comes to tape-based
backup solutions)

First off: What would be the recommendation? I have about 11-15GB of User
Data I would want to back up, and then another 4-8GB of other data (/etc,
MySQL Databases, etc) I would want to make sure I kept.

Any suggestions? I don't know the pros/cons of the various solutions, but
ease of use/maintenance is key.

Thanks!
Jay
