[ale] {Spam?} spam flood

I am beginning a small project to get all the emails I receive from into my
online address book at Earthlink. After I get that done, I am switching to
blocking email by default unless it matches an email in my address book. That
is the highest level of blocking that Earthlink offers. The only problem with
this is having to check the "Suspect Email" folder for valid new emails. But
that is minor in my opinion now. It is a "Drop by default" instead of "Allow
by default" policy which is probably best now just like in firewalling, print
servers, and so on.
