IIRC it's mobitex.. which was offered by Bellsouth Wireless Data (Now
Cingular). 8000bps packetized non IP, it's frightening stuff.. If the device
has a MAN number (or MAN address) then it's Mobitex. It's the same thing
that blackberries run on.
