[ale] Bogus Email From Earthlink Billing

Hey, you're a great audience - I'll be here all week!

Actually, I wasn't laughing.  The whole thing just points out to me how
"broken" SMTP mail is and how sad it is that X.400, such as it was,
didn't see wide adoption.
