hmmm....seems they either:
a) got in early and paid their discounted licensing fees
b) want to lead by example and have already removed the *stolen* kernel code
c) are using a dinosaur Caldera distro w/2.2.x.x kernel
d) forgot that they were actually *against* linux
e) none - they're just plain hypocrites!
