It's pointless. spammers don't usually spam from their own machines. You're
just hurting some relatively innocent, if clueless, web proxy operator, in
all likelihood.
However, if you insist on doing it, SpamCannibal
<http://www.spamcannibal.org/> does the same thing for Linux
