[ale] MS Licensing

I'm dead serious.  I had this discussion with some M$ reps while
negotiating a Campus Agreement license (basically SA for schools) for
Wesleyan, and I asked the same question you asked, and that was their
response.  No joke, no kidding, no BS (all though the SA and CA are both
full of BS).
