If you were running Windows 98, and Office 97 before you signed up for SA,
and you allow SA to lapse, then once it has lapsed, you HAVE to revert back
to your original perpetually-licensed software.  If you've upgraded to
Windows XP and Office 2003, you have to downgrade back to 98 and Office 97.
You can only use software under the SA agreement as long as you keep the
fees paid.
