Speakeasy tech support is handled out of their home office in Seattle,
WA.  I've been a happy speakeasy customer for over 4 years in two
different locations.  I have cable (Atlanta Broadband) in my apartment,
but it is so unreliable I keep the 144k IDSL (I'm to far from the CO for
anything else) from speakeasy as a backup.
