[ale] OT: DSL with no phone number

Sadly, believes and possibility are two different things. I wish they would pass
a law or something (I don't know how it works) so that it would be possible. The
only reason I have phone service is to get DSL. I don't care about VoIP or
anything like that - I just want an internet connection for the price of the
connection.

I used to be interested in Windows NT, but the more I see of it the more it
looks like traditional Windows with a stabler kernel. I don't find anything
technically interesting there. In my opinion MS is a lot better at making money
