Most ldap migration toolkits (for example, redhat's) have basic scripts
for parsing out other data formats and creating LDIF's, you might use
those as a starting point, or just write your own with perl (or find
someone else's). It's a pretty standard task, so you should be able to
find a few tools and customize from there.
