[ale] Semi-OT: Hardware Evaluation Criteria?

  I've got a project to run the hardware evaluation of some new servers
from IBM.  While I like them so far I have to get the input of other
groups and part of my project is developing the actual testing criteria.

  Has anyone who's been through this got a copy of the plan or docs I
might get a copy of?  This project might have a big impact on some plans
I have so I'd really like it to go right...
