[ale] SuSe and Scrollwheel

Hi James,

Thanks--I managed to get it after fiddling for a while. It worked after
I swapped my two mouse entries (my regular ball mouse and the optic).
I'm still trying to configure the buttons, though--they seem to work
funny under konqueror. I'll give Opera a shot tonight and see if that
helps.
