The only at-all-recent errata for FC2 which affects cd recording is the
kernel upgrade last week to kernel-2.6.8-1.521. If 2.6.8-1.521 is broken for
you and 2.6.7-1.494.2.2 is fine, you're bitten by the SCSI changes for
2.6.8. The major change with 2.6.8 was a security change that as a
side-effect prevents cd-burning as non-root (which is most people's problem
after upgrading), but there were also some changes in DMA blacklisting of
drives, I think....
