[ale] opne source equivalent of Symantec ACT!

There are a bunch in various development stages. SugarCRM is rather
complete and one I am doing feasibility testing on now. I have also
looked at Compiere (Very complete but not until the Oracle requirement
is replaced with PostgreSQL). XRMS is another I have seen but not
tested. I have tested DarkHorse. Good functionality and feel but not and
OSI-approved license. And it runs on Tomcat, which _IS_ open, but the
underlying Java is not.
