It isn't the consumers that were targetted by that ad campaign; rather, it
was aimed to the already clueless management and executive sector of
business, and especially toward small-business owners that aren't
tech-savvy.  MS knows that these are the decision-makers in our economy,
not us tech types.  Often we can recommend, but rarely do we actually get
to make those decisions.
