I have one of the laptop pads that has a few bumps on the back to give
more airspace under the laptop. Plus it swivels so I can twirl it around
and show the screen. Since it was only $20 and fits into my laptop case
I had to try it. It does help keep the thinkpad from burning my lap.
Since the battery is getting old, I didn't want anything powered to
detract more from the dismal run time already.
