yum install xmms-mp3 mpg321 gstreamer-plugin-mp3 lame

There are several dependencies, of course, but yum will take care of all 
that for you.

You'll need the freshrpms yum source listed in /etc/yum.conf; see 
www.freshrpms.net for details.
