[ale] mp3's on Fedora

Easy fix.... just install Mandrake!  :)

All kidding aside, I did locate and install said patch for RH9, though I 
can't remember where, or what the filename is.  It does exist, so seek 
and ye shall find, or as I say, "Google is your friend".
