[ale] Linux Cluster Server Room

[Dow Hurst]

Familiar with Smart UPS temp and humidity modules.  Was planning on that type 
monitoring combined with overtemp, high humidity shutdown scripts.  Plan on 
paging warning messages too.  It is the infrastructure changes that I am not
