[ale] imp/horde

With all the talk about Horde/IMP, I decided to drop it on the server last
night.  Looks pretty cool...seems to work well, but it completely craps out
due to the 30000+ messages in my INBOX folders.  SquirrelMail, to its
credit, handles these in mere seconds with full folder counts turned on.

Horde sits there churning indefinitely, and I eventually have to restart
Apache to get it to stop trying.
