Hmmm.  Absentee voting also is more expensive for the state to manage.
Let's all vote by absentee balot.  If enough people do then (unless they
disallow it), there will be a cost incentive for the states to get rid
of the Diebold systems.

I'd also like to see a judge overturn an election result based on the use
of the Diebold systems and order the state(s) to use a different method.
