Me too. I found this on Fark.com in the comments located at:

"Well, if you think about it, it kind of makes sense. They HAD to buy the
jets. See, they needed them for their frequent visits to India to interview
candidates for the new jobs that have 'suddenly' become available."
OK, you guys are too lost. Time to educate you.
My company has 2 private jets. How much did they cost us?!?
THEY MADE US $2MILLION LAST YEAR.
Read that again:
THEY MADE US $2MILLION LAST YEAR.
We bought them for $9Mil each and when we aren't using them we lease them out.
Since 9/11 the private charter industry has boomed, and it's booked solid all
the time. When we have 7-8 people needing to fly, IT'S CHEAPER TO TAKE THE
PRIVATE JET THAN TO FLY COACH most of the time, then when we aren't using it
it's being chartered out. That's what most companies do. PLUS we get the tax
benefits.
Let me say this one more time:
Our 2 private jets make us $2Million/year.
You all are too ignorant of how the world works to be commenting on it. Your
knee-jerk hatred of successful people sickens me and makes me worry about the
future of America.

What I keep reading on this list and fark is droves of people expecting HP to
continue to employ workers to "save the economy, yadda yadda yadda." The
theme of "redistributed weath" instantly makes me think of socialism.
But there is another way!
Want a company to hire thousands of workers? Want a company to continue to
employ those workers through an economic downturn? Want to evenly distribute
"perks" and salary between the CEOs and the workers? Want to work at a
company that does not layoff US workers to hire cheaper labor? Read on:
Go start one . . .
. . . . and employ as many Americans as you like.
