[ale] spamassasin cleanup?

I was just looking at the disk space in my home dir for the sake of
backups and saw this in my spamassasin folder:

-rwxr-xr-x    1 nomad    users    40775963 Sep 12 12:41 bayes_journal


Ouch.  Anyone know if this is more of a log or something that needs to
be kept around so I don't loose my "learning" ?
