[ale] blocking mail from a domain with exim?

I need to block email from a domain using just the exim rules.  Does
anyone have anything like this set up?

Going by the docs I have this:

# Exim filter
if
  error_message
then
 finish
endif

if $reply_address contains "@moron.net" and
   $reply_address does not contain "postmaster@"
then
   seen finish
endif
---------------------------------------------------------
