I do the same with my clients. When I spec a machine for a vendor to
build, it MY reputation on the line to my client. If there is a problem,
it is MY responsibility to get it resolved. I have replaced parts out of
my pocket because the vendor (I no longer use) would not work with me to
fix the issue. The latest was a hard drive that died in warranty. I
returned to the vendor. They handed me an open drive that was sitting on
the test bench. It didn't work. They wouldn't replace it since it was
not the original drive. 

I like Monarch Computer. I like HL Computer. With the sole exception of
MicroCenter, the big chains are on my crap list.

<I just noticed that the "reply to all" button has new functionality in
Evolution 1.4.1. It actually included all the emails in the header. I
don't know if this is a result of Evolution or the new mailing list swap
over. Not to start a war, but I like the "reply" goes to list and "reply
to all" goes to list and poster so I can go off list with a relevant
topic and keep the threading>
