I use sharebuilder and scott trade. If you want to do daily
trading scott trade has $7 real-time market orders but I
simply want a consistant frequent investment plan, which
Sharebuilder offers. You can set-up a dollar amount
investment plan on a weekly, monthly, whatever basis so
that you don't have to worry about purchasing based on
entire shares. Plus you can purchase up to about 20
individual stocks per month without any extra fees. Do the
math, that would be at least $140 in market orders for that
month, but it only costs $20.
