[ale] presenter for ALE NW meeting

I have a speaker lined up now that will speak on building a free 
software based school.  He is a teacher here at KSU in the EdTech 
department and has put together this talk which is generating excitement 
with teachers and administrators around GA as they come in for CME 
classes.    I'll get back with more info after he sends me his bio and 
talk run down.
