Odd Aspect Ratio Laptop (was [ale] Knoppix)

Speaking of which, I've seen a laptop at HL Computer in Stone Mountain
whose display has a flatter aspect ratio than normal (kind of like an
Apple). I've been wanting to evaluate its Linux-running abilty. Any
chance that Knoppix could properly detect and configure X to fit it?
