I think I will just rpm -Uvh openssh-3.7.1p2-1.i386.rpm

Subject: [ale] OpenSSH release 3.7.1p2
All, I have to upgrade a redhat 9 box with openssh 3.4p1 currently installed with OpenSSH release 3.7.1p2
I downloaded the .src.rpm from rpmfind, ran the command "rpm -Uvh open......src.rpm". It placed two tar files, one the openssh.tar.gz file and an openssh...watchdogpatch.gz file. I have untarred the openssh.tar.gz file and am a bit hesitant as to my next step.
do I just do a make.... install..? What about the existing installation?
Any help would be appreciated.
John
