The interface for freeswan (ipsecx) needs to be stopped before the ethx
interface gets stopped. It will hang networking otherwise.

Don't mess with the freeswan on 2.6-pre kernels. They either don't build
properly (and hang and crash) or the won't build properly (and the
compile fails). This is as of releases about 1.5 weeks ago. 2.4.21
kernel is the last WORKING version of freeswan I've been able to build
and use.

The freeswan mailing list is more down than up. It seems to move around
randomly. I've been on it for about 3 years. Sporadically, I get stuff,
see nothing for months, rejoin, get stuff for a while, then it dies
again.
